What we collect

The contact form collects the fields you enter: name, company, email, practice, and message. The form does not store those fields on this website. Sending it opens WhatsApp with them filled in, and the message is delivered only if you send it.

If you contact us directly by WhatsApp or phone on +65 9638 8375, or by email at booking@mluck.sg, we receive what you choose to send. That can include your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.

How we use it

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss the work you asked about. We do not add you to a marketing list. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it, except with service providers needed to run the site or to send and receive WhatsApp and email messages. These providers may store or process data outside Singapore.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any engagement that follows from it, and then we delete them.
